This place is a joke lol the receptionist is the same person that comes and take pictures of your teeth with a cell phone! Then she comes back and go over prices lol They don’t truly see what kind of treatment plan you need or anything. Do not go there!
So many issues with insurance and billing, absolutely a nightmare, no communication on care for braces. Been fighting for 2 months to get insurance filed to our insurance companies and now waiting on yall to refund me. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
I love Bayou Braces in Alexandria, Louisiana. My daughter had an emergency with her braces and Kristen Broussard totally came through for us with no problems. She was extremely kind and helped me so much. Thank you Kristen you saved my day for real!
