I'm a frequent flyer here. Super happy with the care I have received at BJACH. Anywhere from the OT folks, Chiro, PT folks, records folks when they were in their old offices, BH care, podiatry, Internal medicine, lab folks, and my recent surgeries. Really comfortable and happy going to BJACH. Not a huge fan of the pharmacy at all though. Wicked frustrating every time I have to deal with it. I recommend BJACH for OB/GYN care and also Labor & Delivery. I received care at the hospital from October 2019-January 2020. My care was exceptional from the start of my pregnancy. I was a bit skeptical coming from SAMMC to a small hospital but the staff(doctors, nurses, admin) made sure that I received the highest quality of care. I am an Active Duty Soldier and I don’t get an option to go off base as some dependents do. My baby was delivered safe and healthy.
I've had excellent care here recently. PCMH and General Surgery have all been great! :)
The OB/GYN is a joke! I been having a referral since October and I'm yet to be seen. They keep canceling my appointments or moving them. when I keep one they failed to tell me that they don't have a doctor available so I have to wait to see if one can see me! when I have an appointment. Dr.Smith will not transfer my referral off post. If you can go off post do so.
OBGYN clinic is horrible. Both doctors like to hide things about your health and lie to other people about what they've done. Don't trust the facility anymore. They refuse to let you see someone off base for whatever the reasoning is even if you explain your reasoning to them.
I don't always wake up and want to go see a failed command... But when I do, I go to BJACH!
Awful scheduling! They always mention Urgent Care and ER cause they schedule patients far out. Is anyone actually working in this hospital or just sitting there to collect a paycheck?
