Tuesday afternoon went in for hitting my foot and thinking i was just over reacting but actually I broke my toes! The people there were amazing with myself and my 2 year old. Got lots of help as well.
Most doctors and nurses aren't caring and don't take illnesses seriously. Seriously a disappointment. You would think working in health care most people would be compassionate and that's not the case with BJACH.
Had my 17 year old in the ER at 2345ish (because the nurse line told me to) but anyway...... we where in and out before 0100!! EVERYONE in the ER was supper nice and took care of my baby girl!! THANK YOU ER STAFF YALL WHERE AMAZING!!
My normal surgeon unfortunately was out of town. So I was forced to see another one for a infection follow up. That Dr was awful. Totally dismissed the fact that I have a infection and made it seem apparent that there was no need for me to be there. A infection especially in a open would in my hand I would think there would be more care or concern for. My normal surgeon is awesome so apparently there are some good physicians in Bjach, but there are few and far between. Almost never do I have a good experience at this facilit... read more
