I loved my stay here. The workers were really awesome and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely come back.
Staff was very friendly! Chad helped us out quite a bit and was very nice! Kids loved the popcorn and cookies available! Only complaint is the breakfast selection, would be nice to have more hot food available. Great stay overall!
Cassandra at the front desk was awesome. When we arrived she had her hands full because the power had just came back on after a two hour outage. All of her Electric items including computer and key making machine was not working. She was by herself and was incredibly calm and extremely friendly. We stayed in suite and the room was beautiful. My only complaint is the master bedroom bed was not very comfortable.( too hard) Overall experience was outstanding. We will definitely stay again when in town.
We are currently staying in the large two room suite. Very nice hotel, nice breakfast, pool and love the complementary tea, cookies,popcorn and cappuccino. Very friendly staff.
Horrible got fleas from there pet friendly rooms... wouldn't give us money back or comp a extra day. Manager wouldn't even call us back. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

It was awesome loved it and will for sure stay again everytime need a hotel in midland mi.
The staff was very friendly. I loved the popcorn and cookies available in the lobby. I wasn't super impressed with the selection for breakfast, but I rarely eat breakfast so it wasn't a big deal. The room looked great when I walked in, very impressed. The only negative comments I have is that the sink seemed to be coming loose from the wall and housekeeping should open the curtains. When I moved the curtains, there were several dead insects on the ledge....
