Best place to stay in Midland, Michigan with the London experience and hometown treatment. I've to say most have lost the personal touch and most are just jerks. Not here they go above and beyond like a 5+ star we will be back! I truly want to thank ALL of the staff for such a awesome stay! Great clean rooms good beds and up to date.

The rooms are soooooo nice even the hallways look good. I was impressed how clean and neat everything was!
if I had 5 stars to give I would give 3.5 or 4. the breakfast was poor. there were few options and nothing hot. Plus the place is a little dingey and outdated. BUT! I have never been at a hotel with a comfy rocking chair and this was awesome! as a nursing mom it was so helpful to rock my toddler to sleep in a comfortable chair. the service was fine. the pool was a good temp. all in all 3.5-4 ⭐ out of 5.
very nice hotel, great staff, love all the free amenities.however when I took a shower this morning there was pink and black mold on the shower tiles. brought it to the front desk clerks attention this morning. she said she would check into it. shower has weak pressure. but overall nice place to stay.
It was a room, a bit out of date
Home away from home, as my Dad is in the hospital BayMount Hotel has been really nice and wonderful working to give my Brother and Sister In Law and myself a room since Wednesday night, the only thing was the gentleman working that night didn’t quite know how to do his job. And he was not friendly or understanding of people’s needs at Midnight. Thank You.
