We were on the 3rd floor, planning on sleeping in late but, was awoken by noise of someone on the 3rd floor running back and forth down the hallway. You all need to get new towels all sizes in. They were very worn out no fresh scent to them. That's why it's good to be mindful on your own end of what you need to do when going to stay away from home.

This place was a great place to stay a few years ago, it went down hill and so I started staying across the street. I've been back for 2 years now and I must say it's been nice. I'm really impressed with the room and internet connection. So looks likes it's back on the list for my yearly Labor Day meeting stay.

So we finally get to Memphis Tennessee about 45 mins ago we found a "nice hotel" to stay at and we get our room we go in there with all of our items and start to walk in and instantly it smelt like pet urine and then my mother goes into the bathroom because we havent stopped so she went to use the restroom and then seen cockroaches crawling on the walls. We packed our things and left faster then checking in. We got our money back but that means we have to drive throughout the night, theres no point of stopping tonight.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Would have been better if it had an inside pool.

Disrespectful workers also complained about being nosey when other people was smoking and also being very loud down the hall.

great plc to stay. nice staff. good breakfast. other guest friendly!
