Completely disgusting would be an understatement!! Asked to switch to another room walked into the new room and the odor was horrible. The countertops had some nasty liquid on it. Hair in the bedding and stains on the sheets. Didn’t get a picture of the giant roach walking right outside the door. They have the highest pet fee we have ever encountered.$23.50...WHY don't they post their PET FEES!?!? the carpet feels sticky, the bed was low to the ground, because there was no box springs.

We were on the second floor and there was a horrible smell in the hallway at all times to the point I would hold my breath from the elevator to the room. Fortunately our room was fine in that respect it didn’t smell at all and was very clean. All of the outlets in our room were very old and hard to plug into the cords just would fall out of the plugs. The pool was listed as heated and it's ice cold. The room was dirty and housekeeping coped an attitude when we requested they wipe down the sticky dirty areas. Bathroom is gross. We used the luggage carrier and was rudely told "you best bring it back down ".
We checked into our room and opened the door to other people already there. Got a new room and there was dried blood on the bed sheets. Wish I could post the picture. When we called to notify management they said they would be happy to change the sheets. Like it was a special request. Security breach, unsanitary conditions, poor customer service. Don't stay here.
I had a great experience, Kumar was very helpful. Good breakfast. Restaurants close by. I will stay again when I return.
I'm a wheelchair user and I want to praise Kumar at the front desk for going above and beyond my expectations for my stay. He answered every question in detail and even took a picture of a handicap room bed for me to see if it would work. Clean, reasonably priced and nice staff! Only bad thing is the king bed mattress is too hard and the sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced due to stains and rips. Definitely going to stay again!!
