Old ,run down and dirty. The beds were comfortable is the only positive. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.
The staff was very friendly. However, the room was so dirty. Dirt and grime from years of build up. The housekeeper must not exist. It appears they change the towels, shampoos and some of the bedding but they DON’T clean. Find a different place to stay.

I had a awful experience at Baymont , I ask for downstairs smoking was told had to go upstairs wish I don’t do well with stairs then found out there was 6 smoking down stairs. Then I got to my room and unpacked it had water all over the floor, I had to pack up and move to another room, it was dirty no shower curtain left over soap that someone else used. Dirty, dated, and disgusting!!!! Such a waste of money I cannot wait to leave if we could get our money back now I’d sleep in my car! Pool is out of service for health department reasons? I won’t let the kids touch one thing were literally gonna sleep a few hours and scrub of and decontaminate in Florida tomorrow ��
My shower has used soap in the shower from the previous customer, so the shower was not cleaned. No phone or alarm clock in the room. No ice machine working. No toilet paper in the room when we arrived. Dirty room. I told the front desk clerk and she offered to come up and clean the room, but it was already 8 pm, so I said forget it. We had drove 9 hours and were exhausted and my husband was already in bed. Would never stay here again!!
Totally not impressed. Room had not been cleaned, spots on sheets, washcloth was dirty, security lock broken. We had to ask for a different room.
