Before you make a reservation at this location, take the time to look at their Google and yelp reviews. You will see that this is not a place you want to make reservations at. There was a time when I lived in Macon that this hotel was well-kept. I was on my way to Florida to see my dad for the last time. I made a point to stop in Macon to visit old friends because I mistakenly thought this place would still be a nice place to spend the night.
They could try not discriminating based on skin color.
I have a ADA service animal (Dog) and it's not a pet... and by law you are aloud to ask two questions.. Is your animal a service animal and douse he help you with your disability.. They tried to tell me that they needed to see his vest or paper work... BOTH AGAINST THE FEDERAL LAW.. first a service animal doesn't have to wear a vest.. or they where going to charge me a pet fee of $35 We had just drove in from Florida and all we where looking for was a place that was clean to relax till morning. clean the mold clean the rooms get things working there's no ice machine functional refrigerators are missing the phones don't work mold up the walls cockroaches urine still on the toilet my room was wide open at 1 a.m. and no towels in the room the front desk clerk was no help she moved me to a second room just as filthy and when I told her there was no fridge she said we're not really supposed to supply them even though their website says there is false advertising filthy rooms and I can't believe this is a Baymont or Wynd... read more
room was not clean and I had to spend over 70 dollars to get it
Complete lack of general cleaning and maintenance of grounds and room. (faulty air conditioning causing water to come through the floor in the room)The member of staff on check in was unhelpful when a complaint arose was in fact rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE AT ALL.
Dont stay here......I feel the bed bugs and lice just walking into the room.....Dirty..smoke detector didn't even have the battery installed....holes in the walls...
Dirty rooms smelly had tv on then it went out. Everywhere needs work. The staff was good but that's about it. No ice machine ,the pool and surroundings broken chairs and etc. It's a total disgusting disgrace. Needs a lot of work everywhere.
