Such a very disappointing and disgusting hotel. The service was horrible considering that the first room (233) I was staying in was a king size suite so it was very big but there was two different occasions where there was a huge spider in the sink just crawling around and another time with a roach crawling around and either dead roaches or eggs on the floor under the sink in the bathroom. Come here every year for the last 4 years and never had nothing neg to say about them ... Although this time we were put on the 3rd floor which wouldn't have been a problem ..except my husband is disabled and can't climb and on our 2nd day here the elevator broke down ... Now i have to find a way to get all our stuff up n down 3 fights of stairs ...
