I'm attempting to find something else because I immediately began having asthma problems. This is a smoke haven. My lungs are on fire. The carpets are so dirty that you can't see the pattern. In front of my door at arrival were two bags of trash. Wallpaper is peeling, lamps are corroding, no hangers in the closet, outdated furniture and layers of dust in hidden areas. The only positive thing is the TV channels but who wants to stay here for that. UNBELIEVABLE...
Nice rooms and spacious bathrooms
The place is a dump! Bad people hanging around there. Don't stay there!
DO NOT PARK HERE!! Parked our vehicle here & was vandalized. Catalytic converter sawed out while utilizing their airport parking. Hotel management will not respond to my calls. Beyond upset as parking ended costing thousands more in damages. 5 calls & still no return phone call, HORRIBLE SERVICE!! They don't care & take no responsibility! Horrible....Horrible... Horrible!!!!
Upon check in I was asked to present a major credit card, sure no issues there.. provided the lady with my card she then says to me in the most condescending way “ I need a major credit card” I advise her that my card is a major credit card it’s unsecured and from my local credit union from Texas .. she then begins to tellMe that she has never heard of this company and can’t take it..
