This hotel is disgusting! Do not book! We had to change rooms several times due to severe uncleanliness. Dirty windows with hand and finger marks, floors not vacuumed, stench in rooms, mold under sink, bugs on window sill. The worst was the stained bed sheets and pillows in BOTH rooms. We asked for sheets to be changed in last room. A man knocked on the door and handed my husband more sheets. This is a disgusting hotel and they should shut it down. It’s run down, dirty and they shouldn’t be renting rooms to people! Worst ever! I’ll never stay in a Baymont Inn again!

We walked up the three flights of stairs to our floor. The first two stories are outside entry. The door did not work. Nothing. Dead. Walked back down the side of the building with three kids and all our stuff. Finally got to our room. Tv doesn’t work. Called downstairs to let them know. Phone handset doesn’t work. Straight up, this place SUCKS. First room smelled like smoke so bad I could hardly breathe. So they gave us a second room. The door didn't work properly because it had been pried open at some point, the sheets were damp and the toilet was broken, no flush handle. Sorry hotel didn't see that until after I went. 3rd room we tried was just stinky and there were bugs crawling on the floor. I'd give them negative stars is I could.
Clean and quiet with kind staff. Would return in the future
