I made a reservation to stay at this hotel days in advance. I called and double checked on our reservation before departing for our travels that week as well. When we arrived late for check in, we were informed they had been overbooked and we did not have a room. Every hotel in Boone was booked because it was peak leaf season in October. My recommendation is to not trust your reservation here no matter what. We received nothing, but an I'm sorry. Stayed here one night. The desk clerk was not overly friendly. The sheets did not fit the bed and there was no hot water. The water got REALLY hot when you first turned it on and then went totally cold within a minute. I called the desk to see if there was a problem and was told they'd check and call back. An hour later they still had not called. I'm not really one to leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous. Will NOT stay here again.
