This place is completely horrible. We checked in Friday evening for a two day stay for the weekend. Only to find out on Saturday morning our room was covered in bedbugs. Called down to the front desk to report it. Two people from maintenance came up and just began putting them in cups. Pull the mattress out and it was covered. We were told that we would get a refund but was completely lied too. So be careful because they have no urgency in getting it resolved. The stay there was awesome and i will be planning on staying in the near future. Thr rooms just need a fridge!!! LOL
The management and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Baymont Inn and Suites to anyone traveling to the area.
