Love staying here. Great location great staff. Everyone is so helpful and friendly
After a long trek, I got in late at the Baymont Hotel. I had mixed up some details with my reservation but the associate at check in was super helpful and got me set up in a flash. The room and beds were very comfortable, with simple but modern furniture. Everything was very clean and it was easy for me to relax. Stayed one night at the Baymont Inn and couldn't have been more pleased! Upon check-in the staff was very friendly and attentive, they even allowed for an early check-in (1pm) and a late check-out (12pm). It's conveniently located right off of Briley Parkway and I40, right next to the airport and just 10 minutes from downtown Nashville. The Baymont Inn and Suites had some of the best employees ans service that I've experienced in a hotel. We asked several questions about restraurants and attractions and the front desk people were friendly and extremely helpful. I forgot a bottle opener and one of the workers even took one off his key chain and let us use it for the 4 days we stayed. I had a nice stay here at the Baymont Inn in Nashville. The staff was very funny, and very helpful with Nashville sights and surrounding areas. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. The internet in the hotel rooms was lightning fast- which was awesome, because I was able to stream my netflix. The morning breakfast was top notch- lots of great selections! They have an outside pool, which is perfect for a stay during the summer. If you are passing through Nashville, I highly suggest you stay here!
