Rm. 337 terrible disaster. The carpet had duck tape to hold it down. One of the bed spreads had cigarette holes and the other had stains on it. The floor also had stains from something red. Nothing would stay plugged into the wall outlets. The staff was unwilling to offer new sheets for the bed. Management was very apathetic. The morning breakfast was good.
Recently I stayed at the Baymont Inn Nashville for a show I had at Middle Tennessee State University. The hotel was in very close proximity to the Nashville Airport which helped us out leaving because we ran a little late. The Baymont Inn itself was very clean, very quiet and right next door to one of my favorite fast food places, the Waffle House (which came in handy at 2am). Only a short Uber ride outside of the great city of Nashville combined with an extremely friendly staff, this hotel is an excellent choice for travelers. As a comic who has been on the road for years, a solid hotel is huge for me and I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Thanks for your service. Cheers.
The staff was super friendly! The rooms were clean and well stocked with linens and very comfortable stay. Local to all the sites and near the Grand Ole Opry
Great hotel! It was close to downtown and they had quite a few breakfast options. Also, the staff was friendly. They made sure we always had fresh towels and a clean room to come back to at the end of the day. I would stay here again and recommend this place to friends.
Loved my stay here!!! Had a fridge and microwave in my room which I wasn't expecting and was awesome! Great customer service. Had two rooms, both stayed clean and well stocked with towels, coffee, toiletries, etc. I wish I could've come when the pool was open because it looked like it would've been super fun. It was the perfect area, about 10 minutes from the city so we can easily get there, but we don't have to sleep through the traffic and the noise. Thank you!!!
Baymont Inn & Suites Nashville Airport/ Briley is super close to the airport and the Grand Ole Opry. Great southern hospitality and friendly staff. Check out the pool! Free breakfast to start off your day. Clean rooms and comfy beds. 5 star service!
