I have been staying here for a long time and miss Cindy the manager. She was a dedicated and thoughtful lady. But the new staff does a great job. Always busy and polite. The room are well kept and I have probably stayed in almost every room there at least once. Just a bunch of great people that turn it from a great place to stay into an awesome place to stay. This review concerns my experience with the General Manager, Gabrielle, on 9/8 at 4:27 PM. I was shocked to learn she is the GM, as the level of care, customer service and willingness to provide accommodations was entirely absent from her. I booked a 3-day stay at this hotel through BookOnline.com in July. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, I am unable to travel and stay as planned. The rooms are horrible. I’ve never stayed anywhere with holes in all of their Linens and curtains and they have metal jail beds that make a lot of noise when they’re bumped.
