UPDATE July 25th: Gave them the benefit of the doubt and went out today, when we got back, the same exact sheets were on the beds Just made up… terrible hotel. Terrible. July 24th: Checked in and went to my room, there were blood stains on the comforter and cigarette holes and burns in the sheets. All the linen was dirty. Online didn’t say the room I booked wasn’t pet friendly but when I got here they told me the room was unavailable for dogs. There is no walking room for the dogs just a hot asphalt parking lot. The room was cleaner than I expected, and Jamie was absolutely wonderful. We had a few issues that required us to change rooms and adjust our booking, but Jamie handled everything with such kindness and professionalism. Truly, the gold standard of customer service! Thank you so much, Jamie.
The service is great
Don't stay in this place unless necessary. The staff was nice but clearly cautious. The location negatively impacts the hotel entirely, not a safe area. Met with weird deposit and breakfast rules. Will make sure to look into hotels better going forward. Thank you, Fife.
