hotel room was nice but the air condition did not work. the ice machine didn't work. and bathroom was really small.

Called a day ahead to request room on bottom, 66 with bad knees, not possible????? No room service first day. Had NO towels coming in from rain from a local festival. Waited 45 min finally went down got them myself. Ice machine in another building behind the one I am in. Breakfast, waited on biscuits for 10 min, at 8:00am. I’ve had to go up and down stairs for everything!!

This was a great stop on our way home. Th desk staff was friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable, and breakfast area very clean and fresh.
My wife and I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. Our first night here, we felt welcomed. Starting with Becky from the front desk. She made sure we understood everything and gave us the best possible service! Including a downstairs room.(I’m Disabled, and steps are extremely rough for me). The next morning, I had left a small note to housekeeping, asking for a couple clean towels.
