Nice and clean...friendly staff with a free breakfast...cant beat that!
they have convicted meatheads working there and living there and she would steal you blindand her name was lisa palmer she would even be seen going into people's rooms when they wasnt there with her brother and smoke meth so if you don't want to get robbed or sick from the drugs being smoked in the room you stay in then dont stay there and they are infested with bedbugs
my son stepped on a needle here and the owner wouldnt pay dr bill or refund our $ and changed his phone # so joke is on them its gonna cost a lot more than a dr bill and a refund now dont stay here also bathroom was infested with spiders
If you ever visit Cleveland Tennessee this place is right in the center of everything great staff I’ve stayed here a few times breakfast pool fireworks on the 4th right next door
This place is #Awful my mom got a room on July the 4th so we could watch the fireworks. It was booked as a room for 4 guest. Well my kids were there to visit with her & were wanting to swim we were told only 4 ppl could be in the room or in their pool. But yet the ppl. next to us had 3x dogs that were not even on a leash out front lose running around... So we got a refund & left taking our business & money else where. Beware of this place!!! We stayed there last night and we’ve now been charged $79, $91 and $150. They say we smoked in the room and while my husband does smoke, he went outside to smoke. I have severe asthma so it’s utterly ridiculous to make an accusation you can’t prove. Also, they can’t provide me with proof I was made aware of a smoking in the room charge and I KNOW I wasn’t verbally made aware. Long story short- do not stay at this hotel. Dirty and scummy. Very sketchy people stay here long term. Also the front desk staff pocket your money. I was told I had to pay my $20 pet fee in cash only - lady said she couldn’t apply to my card. When I checked out the itemized receipt showed that my dog was a service animal, which she is not, and they don’t charge for service animals.
