Starting off if you reserve rooms online he will rip you off at the counter . We showed proof of payment and he still refused . We showed receipts showing money was deducted out of our account and he still refused. The Owner/Worker had a very visible attitude and even raised his voice at times. Rooms are crammed and smell horrible . Stains on all of the fabrics . Our fridge still had food and toilet was unflushed. And drawers were wet and rotting. Very disappointed

First interaction with any one from hotel was frustrating the gentleman that answered the phone and was supposed to send me an authorization form wrote down email incorrectly even after it was givin to him in military alphabet it wasn’t until actually at hotel a Hispanic lady took over and was finally able to fwd the document which then added an additional 20 -22 min to complete which felt like hours seeing as how I had 2under 2 with me made it to the room and let’s just say it wasn’t worth 15000 points phone in room didn’t ... read more

Really disappointed with this stay. I've stayed at several Baymont properties and this was definitely not up to par for the brand name. I understand that they are doing renovations, but that doesn't excuse a lot of what we experienced. So first, the good: the location is good, plenty of well-lit parking. The towels and bed linens and even the pool towels were soft, not scratchy at all. And the mattress was very comfortable too. The refrigerator was large and worked well too.
