I want to preface everything by stating I'm not a person who is hard to please. Paying $77 I didn't have the highest expectations but having paid less for places, have received much more. The quality of this hotel is terrible. We walked in, the person who checked us in was knowledgeable and went out of our way to get us a room on the first floor since I am a single mom with two toddlers hauling all of our stuff in while trying to corral them at the same time. Left maybe 5 minutes after arriving. Dirty lobby chairs,dirty carpet all throughout. Looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a few weeks. Front desk was staring at phone when we entered,no greeting. Room was unsanitary. Marks on the walls,musty mildew smell. Pay a little extra and avoid the uncleanliness..js

The location was in a nice part of town, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The hotel was dirty, hot, and smelled very musty. The carpets were filthy and looked as if they all had some kind of water damage. There was dry dripped paint all over. The door to the pool was propped open at all times, which is not only a safety hazard, but also made the floors/hallways/elevator hot and musty.
