The hotel staff very accommodating to us with the situation of our mother being in the hospital we had to keep extending our stay this is the hotel I will be staying at glad to come back to Tulsa for anything
⭐ 1-Star Review Stayed here recently and would not recommend. The room was in poor condition and did not feel clean. The sheets had visible stains and debris, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene. There was also a dark spot on the bedding that made me uncomfortable about potential pests. The bathroom was not maintained properly—the toilet seat was peeling badly, which shows a lack of basic upkeep. We got a room for one night. We wanted to book this hotel because of the pool and breakfast but both of those were a fail. Water was freezing!!! You can’t swim in that pool. Breakfast was clean and nice but they have bagels , bread for toast but no toaster? Like what in the world. Rooms are nice and clean but my toilet was acting up and also room needs a urgent paint touch up. Also the fire detector was missing and wires were all just hanging out.
