"Ugh, that hotel was just the worst. I can't even begin to describe how frustrated I was. No internet, no cable, and the phone was totally dead—like, how does that even happen? The room itself was a disaster: dirty carpets, a rock-hard bed, and the curtains were practically hanging by a thread. If I could have magically teleported to another hotel that night, I would have. This hotel is under renovations. When I arrived, there was a note on the door. The cable, internet, and phones was down with no eta. When I walked in, supplies was in the lobby. Men was moving them around. The ladies at the front desk was very nice and offered a cancelation if I wanted to. I said no at first because the kids had phones and I needed to get to my Uncle's viewing soon. As we walked to the room the pool was out of service. I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool. I made a reservation based on the pictures that are posted on the website. My stay was for one night, Jan 17-Jan 18, 2025. Upon my arrival and check in, I found out that the hotel had no internet service. I accepted that, however when I went to my room, I found out that there was no television or telephone service. The website said it offered continental breakfast, that was a lie. The pictures on the website are very deceptive and misleading.
