Started off a little rough, we had a dirty bathroom but they quickly fixed that and gave us a different room. The staff didn’t go over the info very great but we just asked again, no biggie. Werner the cook/kitchen staff was amazing! He was so helpful and sweet, definitely a people person. Im sorry to say BLACK MOLD... Infested. And owners won't repair it. Staff is Top notch. Best there is. But very unhealthy and extremely dangerous place.

There was a malfunction in the room lock, but the staff was quick to work to fix it. When it was discovered that a part would need to be ordered, Hanna, the front desk staff expertly and efficiently changed our room. She was so patient and professional with the large group in front of us too. There was a lot of chaos but she was methodical and kind as she accommodated every request quickly. We will definitely stay there again
