Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very outdated but clean.
They gave us our first room and the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall, then they moved us to another room and the key wouldn't work took over 30min to break into our room then they moved us again into a room full of Mold and you could see it growing on the walls, staff was rude about it and didn't care, 100% would not recommend it to anyone not even the homeless. They didn't even offer a refund or any of our money back! I give this place a -10 mostly for how we were treated.
Beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always good. Pool and location you can’t beat in Shakopee.
Great place for a get away. Quiet area that we requested. Good location from the MN Ren fair.
The rooms are nice but the rest of the hotel is in need of cleaning. This hotel has good service but seems understaffed due to common area uncleanliness and lack of room cleaning during the visit.
