Absolutely horrendous hotel. We booked a block of rooms for our wrestling team at this place. Only to find out when we get there the INDOOR pool is closed for the season! I mean why?! The whole point of an indoor pool at a hotel is people love this amenity in the winter time! No to mention an entire sports team was coming to your hotel and this information wasn’t disclosed to us?! Room was just fine with the exception of the missing smoke detector. The property overall smelled of smoke and the amenities that were advertised were not delivered. No protein options for breakfast and the pool and hot tub were both out of service. Our room was next to a utility room and there was a frequent loud roaring noise throughout the night.

we booked it largely in part due to the indoor pool and hot tub. Well, those were closed for the season! So that was a big bummer. I wish we would've known that before paying extra for this place. Another hotel guest also broke into my girlfriend's room because the front desk gave them a key to the room by "mistake". I don't know how that happens. She was really freaked out! When we got to the room, the air conditioning unit had been left on. The outdoor temperature was in the 40s, and it felt like the room was about that same temperature! The complimentary breakfast left a lot to be desired. Not many choices unless you like limited flavors of oatmeal or yogurt; no eggs or orange juice! We've stayed here before, but it's been more than a year, and we were quite disappointed.
