My wife and I are traveling and preplanned a hotel stop. This hotel had a sale. We checked in at 10pm and walked in the room. This room looked like a crack addict room. There was hair on the sheets, bugs and a large slug crawling on the wall. This place looks like they never had any upkeep as a hotel. We asked for a refund and they wanted to fight us over it and deny the refund. Priceline was the 3rd party. Smh.
If I could leave zero stars I would, will never rent with them again management is rude was locked out of my room and had an issue with getting my belongings. Not pet or child friendly at all. Wold nor recommend staying here.
We have stayed here a number of times . Always clean friendly and convenient. Has good breakfast.
Breakfast was on the best. It smelled amazing. Just didn't like the stains on the sheets. Super friendly staff
