Typical Baymont now . Held together by a bare thread . No new repairs . Everything held together by quick fixes . Nothing like the Baymonts of 20 years ago

I am extremely disappointed in this hotel. Unfortunately, my family and I did not read the reviews from Google or their own baymont website showcasing the 2 out of 5 stars. When we first arrived in our room, there was a horrific urine smell. We made sure to check the beds for stains it was so strong. The bathroom floor was sticky. The bottom of my socks were covered in a film from walking on the carpet without shoes. I was forced to wash the coffee carafe with a bar of body soap because it had old coffee in it. My room was very clean as well has the hotel. Great location. The staff and management was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great. The stay was very comfortable and made us feel at home. We will be returning.

When we first arrived in our room, it had a strong odor of pee. That evening, when I went to the restroom, roaches scattered trying to hide. When I mentioned the odor smell. The manager got hateful. I had to get ahold of Hotels.com/Expedia to have them talked to them about a room change. Finally happened an hour later. Plus, somehow i got charged for a 2nd room and the hotel manager refused to give me the refund for a room I wasnt even sleeping in. This is the worst place ever, and not recommended at all.
