You get what you pay for. The rooms need major renovations. The linen wasn't clean up on arrival.

This is where they keep their bedsheets??? Not only do they leave the room wide open so all types of pests and outdoor degree can get on the sheets but they have them all other the place on the floor and on a raggedy shelf. Do better, this place is run down and poor . I can’t imagine what their kitchen looks like

terrible from the start , unfriendly service at desk , pricing not clear, rooms were filthy , rusty light fixtures, broken plugs , dirty coffee maker and the breakfast is a joke half the machines are broken! and no one has even attempted to contact me or reply to this !

I have trying to get ahold of the front desk since 6pm and no answers at 9 when someone finally picked up they hung up on me. Then I called and spoke to someone who obviously doesn’t know where they work because I ask is this the Baymont and he hangs up. Like ok I call back and tell them I just want to confirm my reservation as I am traveling oh yes your is confirmed. When we arrived at Baymont by Wyndham Orangeburg North, the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, which gave me hope for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our visit. The first room we were assigned didn’t even have a toilet seat, forcing us to move to a second room. But the second room was far worse. The toilet often didn’t flush, the sheets and comforter were stained and clearly unclean, and the room had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to even sit inside. The ba... read more
