terrible from the start , unfriendly service at desk , pricing not clear, rooms were filthy , rusty light fixtures, broken plugs , dirty coffee maker and the breakfast is a joke half the machines are broken! and no one has even attempted to contact me or reply to this !

I have trying to get ahold of the front desk since 6pm and no answers at 9 when someone finally picked up they hung up on me. Then I called and spoke to someone who obviously doesn’t know where they work because I ask is this the Baymont and he hangs up. Like ok I call back and tell them I just want to confirm my reservation as I am traveling oh yes your is confirmed. When we arrived at Baymont by Wyndham Orangeburg North, the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, which gave me hope for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our visit. The first room we were assigned didn’t even have a toilet seat, forcing us to move to a second room. But the second room was far worse. The toilet often didn’t flush, the sheets and comforter were stained and clearly unclean, and the room had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to even sit inside.
