I experienced bed bugs here, and received zero compensation, and was actually blamed for the bugs. There are bugs even flying around in the plants in the lobby. Gross.
1.the bed was clean, 2.the tv had issues ( lagging and rebooted twice) and still lagging. 3. very outdated furniture, 4.The bathroom vent was so loud I couldn't turn on the light In the bathroom at night (one switch). 5.The hot tub was cold.
No coffee. And, no free breakfast, Although they advertise that they do have breakfast. No fridge or microwave.
