Not only did they have to move us to their sister location, but the room was half the size of the one we ordered and paid for so my mom didn't even get to stay with me and ended up leaving me alone on my birthday trip. The room had a smaller hot tub than we paid for, and when my mom came back in the morning to hang out with me and my grandmother who stayed with me instead, there was a cockroach in the hot tub with my grandmother. I couldn't give a negative star rating or I would . The place is a smelly dump and I would not let my dogs stay in such a nasty place !!!
