There's a sign on the front desk that says that extra pillows and fresh towels are each $25. There was a whole two page list of things that cost extra to renting them. Maybe travellers really want to buy overpriced towels as souvenirs, then the prices might make sense, but to rent them for a night is crazy costly. It really got my haunches up.

Happy to say I have seen NO roaches here, however there is a major ant and spider problem at this hotel. My dog's food bowl was constantly attacked by swarms of marching ants lol. I was also bitten and poisoned by a spider, that had sent me to the local hospital ER needing prescription meds to fight the poisonous bite. Check your beds and tubs, I noticed several spiders in the tub and washed them down the drain. The breakfast was horrific, unless you prefer only bad carbs and waffles. Had to be put in 3 different rooms due to tv not working or heat not working and the last room didn't have a phone and wasn't compensated for the inconvenience of it all! Also the TV was off of someone's Playstation 5, definitely pinky production!!

If I could give this hotel ZERO stars I totally would. I booked this hotel due to it having a pool for my kids to swim. When we arrived we were told the pool was closed. We then went to our room and the room was not cleaned at all. My daughther opened the drawer to the dresser and there was a open bag of puffy cheetos and crumbs all over the drawer. Barely any toilet paper on the roll so that was obviously not changed, the shower curtain was very dirty, the other dresser had broken off handles, the hallway to the room smelle... read more
