Disgusting place. Black mold was found around the bathtub so we did not take showers. Other guest ot employees were smoking near our room causing cigarette smoke to fill our bathroom. Complete health hazard. The air conditioning unit was leaking water and making cranking sounds every 5-10 minutes keeping us up at night. Guests were smoking Marijuana right outside our room so I could not enjoy the balcony view due to the terrible smell. Manager and employees were unkind need trained on hospitality. Used wyndham Rewards points to stay August 15th. They needed a card for a security deposit so provided 1. Got to room and it smelled like an old wet dog or mold. Stayed our night and then left in the morning. Waited a week and called because the deposit was still on my card. The guy answered and said 5-7 business days and hung up very fast. It is now September 2nd and the charge is still on my card. I would not stay here unless you absolutely have too and dont mind them trying to keep your money.
