Easy to get to from interstate. Very active Cockroaches in room. Sink drained very slow. Bed was comfortable. Other than Roaches, the room decently clean. TV was nice with decent channel selection. Fridge was cold. Microwave was functional but turntable didn't work. Pool deck was very nice and the pool seemed clean.
The rooms have a horrible smell cigarette and musty. My granddaughter cried and cried because it stunk so bad to her. The staff were very attentive. The breakfast was kept up and the server was awesome. The choices were skimpy. Only white bread no bagels. Oatmeal would have been appreciated. Also nothing hot and no boiled eggs either. Not much for diabetics or gluten free. The impatients up front were beautiful. The swimming pool was kept crystal clean. Wish they had a hot tub.
During our two night stay we were moved to THREE different rooms. First room we moved due to noise complaint (super loud upstairs and outside of our rooms). Second room, gnats & roaches. Third room, roaches. Absolutely trifling. We figured since we were only stayed two nights we’d try to push through, but ended up checking out at 1am 2nd night. Wouldn’t recommend.
