Room was quiet and clean.
GENERAL MANAGER WAS RIDE UPON ARRIVAL AND WHEN ASKED TO PAY WITH ANOTHER CARD SHE REFUSED!! CALLED RESERVATIONS TO CHARGE CARD ON FILE AND MANAGER STILL REFUSED SHE WAS RUDE DISRESPECTFUL AND DISMISSIVE!!! Drove 5 hours JUST TO HAVE TO RELOCATE SOMEWHERE AND HERE FOR A GRADUATION!!!!
THIS HOTEL WAS FULL OF BED BIGS AND ROACHES….THE OWNER WAS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND DID NOT CARE THAT THEY HAD A BED BUG OR ROACH PROBLEM 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢 THEY WERE EVEN IN THE LOBBY
