Was pleasantly surprised when arriving at the hotel. Check in was smooth and the front desk agent informed me that I made two reservations and cancelled one of them for me. The only thing I didn't know about was the $200 incidental deposit which was not charged to my account, but it would have been nice to know that info on the website before driving 5 hours. Property has been kept up well. Breakfast was nice and wifi was working well. I wish they prepped the room a bit for my reservation. When I arrived it was 19 degrees outside and 56 in my suite. Lol. 2 hours later I was up to 62 degrees. All in all I would stay here again. Great location close to all kinds of dining options.
If I could give this hotel negative stars I swear I would. I checked into this room on 2/22/25 and checked out 45mins later after going back and forth with the staff. This place is NASTY, it’s dirty, it’s dark and it’s gloomy!!! I have never stayed at a place so nasty. The front desk man did not want to refund me for my stay because I booked thru a third party. I’m still disgusted by how nasty this place was!!!!!! I would not recommend I don’t care how cheap or affordable it is. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AT ALL!!!!
Dirty room. Carpeting not well vacuumed. Bathroom has broken cabinet. Shower has weak water pressure and impossible-to-control temperature. Bad smell throughout.
