This is absolutely the best value for a decent hotel in Griffin, GA. The rooms are clean and reasonably updated and priced. The staff are friendly and accommodating.
Booked a room, lady at the desk canceled and told me “people are BEGGING for rooms and you aren’t even here yet” and I’m driving 9+ hours to attend a wedding. Customer service is a negative 10. Highly do not recommend anything about this place. At all. Lady kept talking over me. Wouldn’t let me speak.
If you need wi-fi do not book here! The connection is not consistent on the phone. It drops constantly and iPads do not connect all. Then they promise they’ll have the manager call you which never happens. The in room phones are not connected and working so you can’t even easily contact the front desk. I’ll definitely find a different hotel next time!
