My room wasn't cleaned, and there was hair in the tub of the shower. At breakfast, the juice machine had exposed wires. These concerns were brought to staff, but they were taken without serious regard. This hotel use to be really nice, but new ownership has caused the hotel to go downhill. Don't waste your time or money. It should also be noted, I witness other guess complaining to staff as well.

Checking in is fine, But the rooms are badly in need of refurbishment, particularly the bathrooms. It is well below standards for this brand.

I’ve been promised since I first started staying with Baymont by Wyndham in both Galesburg and Peoria I’ll accumulate loyalty points which go towards normal rewards or discounts on future stays. Multiple months worth of points. Months not weeks. I’ve chose to use all points 3850 points. My reward for being loyal is my weekly rate is $30 more a week .
