The room was disgusting. Dirty clothes behind the bathroom door, rig cap under the bed along with food, the TV and fridge and microwave didn't work. When we asked for a new room we were told they were booked out even though their parking lot was empty.. so we asked for our money back and they refused.
The manager, Amanda is a liar. I spent 5 or 6 days asking for a room service and seats to be changed. Not one time. Was that message relayed to the housekeepers. So I took it upon myself to go to the housekeepers and talk to them to see why they weren't getting the message. They ended up in the office and I overheard Amanda telling them a reason that she didn't tell them to give us room service. DO NOT STAY HERE! The only positive thing I can say is that the host, Jennifer, was nice and tried to help. Other than that – this place is an absolute nightmare. The entire hotel reeks of urine, weed, and stale cigarette smoke. The room itself was filthy – stains on the mattress, hair on the sheets, suspicious dark spots that looked like bed bugs activity. ***Response to managers reply at bottom*** I didn't actually stay here, I stayed at the Clarion (extremely pleasant experience there). I did originally try to stay here, but when I called, the lady who answered the phone told me that they didn't allow pets. Come to find out that there are people with pets staying there, I witnessed it first hand from across the parking lot.
