Sorry about the misinformation that was a mistake on my part in this posted comment. What I was supposed comment about my stay here at the Fort Collins Bay is: "This motel has a HOTEL STAFF that is wonderfully helpful and patient with its resistance.

Totally unacconodating! We checked into aa room, immediately heard a dog barking in the next room, when one their website and posted in the front lobby NO Dogs! When we asked to have our room changed, they said they are not allowed to switch rooms and could not accommodate, then refused to contact a manager and stated had no way too. Also refused to give a refund as we checked out after being there for literally less than an hour!

Very nice frount desk people, very clean no smells very clean room supper comfortable bed and pillows, elevator out of service but that's ok could use some exercise, very quiet clean bathroom and towels. Vending machine in lobby very convenient, haven't checked out brakefast. Worth the stay.
