Everything we needed in terms of peace and quiet, comfort, and proximity to restaurants and cafes during this winter season.
The room was nice but the only thing was the heat in the room didn't work well. Room didn't get above 64 degrees
When I checked in, the first room I was assigned had bedbugs.. the front desk apparently knew of the issue and had hired pest control that was unsuccessful, so they moved me immediately. I stayed a couple of days and before my final night, the manager found me walking about the property to apologize and to tell me he had already adjusted my bill for the terrible inconvenience. That was appreciated, for something like this I would have complained and expected some sort of reimbursement and his actions made that unnecessary. A... read more
