Very clean room. Pleasant people at reception. Awesome breakfast included with room.
I'm sorry to be this blunt, but what a dump. The place was absolutely gross. Black mold, condition of the rooms and lobby were beyond rough, dogs barking in rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location in downtown Delavan was absolutely perfect... But the condition of the property.....
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. To start, we were charged an early check-in fee; something I’ve never experienced at any other hotel. When we walked into our room, it was immediately clear it had not been properly cleaned from the prior guest. The only thing that appeared to have been changed were the sheets. The mini-fridge still had food in it, there was body wash left in the shower, wrappers on the ground, bugs flying around, and even the sheets had rips.
