Rude desk person who thinks he can randomly charge people a deposit even though you have a booking online. No breakfast for both my nights because hotel is being updated. I loved the room though.

Decent location off the interstate. That is where the positive stops. Rooms are being updated, but NOT cleaned. Drywall chunks and dust everywhere, cigarette burns in the blanket, who knows what on the door frame, crumbling concrete steps to the upper level, breakfast is advertised but non existent, management won't work on any of this or offer a price break. Drive another 10-20 minutes and find anything better

The entire area is being renovated, so it's kind of a construction mess in some places. The rooms have been renovated and looked very nice. There are no bath tubs in any rooms now, and the showers do not have places (niches) to put your soap or shampoo. I had to put it on the ground. There was not a single trash can in my room. When I asked for one, the guy told me he would have to find me one. None of the amenities were available like I was told when booking.
