Awesome caring staff always
My husband came out of there with a bed sore that doctors estimate will take approximately 7 months to heal. Will never take any family member to Baylor Scott and White Hospital ever again.

By far, all of the staff...nurses, techs, volunteers, et al...are the most pleasant people who care about YOU, the patient. It's obvious that they love their jobs! The Pickens Facility, itself, does not disappoint! Not including the standard hospital bed, the surroundings make you feel as if you were at a hotel, certainly not a hospital. Beautiful!
Spent a day and a half on the 4th floor following surgery and everyone was amazing!
