Everyone was very professional. Everyone smiled. It was a very good experience.
Very friendly and caring staff! First time and it went so smooth no rush and wasn't a long wait in the waiting room.
Wonderful care providers. I loved how they made feel like part of their family. Baylor SurgiCare is the go to hospital. Like the small size as opposed to the large, get lost, hospitals.
Everyone from check in to check out treated us with the greatest respect and friendship. Everything was explained to us in detail what was going to happen. The receptionist, nurses, anesthesiologist, and Doctor Bedee all get a high five in our books. I'm glad we had a chance to publicly express our gratitude for everybody's bedside Manor during this worried day. It was much appreciated. My husband just got a follow up phone call wanting to know how he was doing. Thank you, Thank You, Thank you one and all!!!
Both Paul and I have had several surgeries at Baylor Surgicare. It is clean and well organized, the people are caring and very professional; it has just been an extremely good experience. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
