Arrived at 0840 for a 0845 appointment. Was all checked in by 0900. After 1.5 hours went to the check in window and asked if the Dr. Was running behind. Was told "not that I'm aware of, let me check". Didn't hear anything for 20 additional minutes and went up to ask again. I was then told after going to the check in window "oh, let me check". Then 10 minutes later was called back, had IV started and vitals taken. The procedure was 15-20 minutes with approximately a 30 minute recovery time, then immediately discharged. Was th... read more
Absolutely top notch! The nurses and doctors are absolutely wonderful!!
Everyone was amazing! Very happy with the all the staff very caring, they answered all our questions, made us very comfortable, they took care of our insurance but MOST importantly they took care of my baby girl (14) Dr wroten is awesome and I recommend him and his staff if u ever need surgery. God bless you all and Dr Wroten, his staff and everyone at Baylor Surgicare
