I really liked the online questionnaire, I was able to do in the comfort of my own home where my medications were handy. Would be nice if linked to Big Baylor so all records were together. It really cut down on admitting time. Also everyone was so nice and asking if there was anything they could do to make my day go better. I was in and out and on my way in no time. Thank you to everyone I spoke to.
I had one of the best experiences, with the professionalism of the office staff. Also, with Dr. Keith Cavaness, and his wonderful, friendly, compassionate, and very conscientious medical staff.. The only problem I had was when the clerk took my thousand dollars up front; then the assisting nurse asked am I feeling any pain, at the moment.. Yes, pain only after parting with my money!!!! Lol..KIDDING.. Highly recommended!!!
First time here at this facility I had surgery on my foot 12/09/16 Everyone was really really nice here i was in & out they made sure i was okay 100% of the time they worked with me for payment plans barbra helped me the most in financial & my doctor Dr.Reddy was awesome. I have no pains they all did a great great job.They all deserve a xmas bonus for sure!!!
From the time I checked in to the time I was in recovery and then wheeled to my car, everyone treated me with such caring and kindness in a professional and knowledgeable way. I did have to wait a bit to be taken back to the OR due to a case that took a lot longer than anticipated. The staff made sure that I was comfortable and warm, and were reassuring me that my surgeon would spend as much time with me as he was with the patients before me, and he certainly did. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses and the doctors were very professional. Just when I thought that customer service was dead, they restored my faith in people. My 11 month old had to have a procedure, which made me a nervous wreck, but they put my mind at ease. If you have an out-patient procedure, this is the place to do it.
