Excellent care. Excellent staff. I felt like I was in a private facility and I was the only patient which , of course, is impossible at end of year.
Every one was great and put me at ease. From the registration to recovery, left feeling better than I did coming in. Thanks to Dr Z to David my pre-op Nurse to Diane my recovery Nurse.
I was in for retinal reattachment and vitreal hemorrhage with Dr Syrguin. Excellent facility, efficienct registration, pre-op, surgery and recovery. I would have giving the 5 stars but my actual procedure was one-hour late due to prior patient backlog (in queue). Suspect they can do better scdeuling durations for particular procedures in the future. Overall good experience and hopefully won't need to go back but if I do, I will choose this facility.
Very nice and helpful staff. Always prompt when I called the nurse and on time with my meds
Baylor is the bomb and they nurses I give them a 5 star and the front desk people too loved it!
I really love this facility. Very excellent experience if there can be one when having surgery. Least painful IV ever! Thanks Susan! And I was in and out in 3hours!!
