My review really has more to do with the doctor's appointment scheduling. My husband had an appointment for cataract surgery at 1:00. We checked in well before 1:00p and had to wait in a waiting room until almost 3:00 before he was called for pre-surgery prep. Almost 2 hours wait time when we were early for his 1:00 appointment. This doctor's appointment clerk should be counseled. When a senior citizen has not eaten from 8:00 p.m. the night before until after surgery at 4:00 p.m. the next day, this seems abusive to older peo... read more
Loved the place. All staff, Julie, Aldrin, Tom, Veronica, can't remember them all. You can tell the people here are dedicated. I'm very thankful for their outstanding care. Especially when we evacuated yesterday for the fire alarms going off. Great adventure to help ease the pain. My Dr., Dr Patel is greatness as well. My back is sore but I'm walking around, no problems.
Simply a BIG thank you for my bride's eye operation...today for the right eye and a month ago for the left eye...from the moment of arrival till discharge everyone was FIRST CLASS !! The helpful attitude and specially the SMILES !! I am in the retail of used cars...I picked up such a bucket full of service attitude...ideas...much obliged...!
Very professional services! Everyone was nice and helpful. Liked the screen with the info about the patient's status. Immediately following the surgery, the doctor came to see me to inform me about the success of the surgery! No complaints whatsoever!
