I'm a nurse and I hate being a patient but needed to go to the ER. Being from out of town, I didn't know where to go but I had heard good things about Baylor. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff and Dr. were. Prompt, professional and caring they exceeded my expectations and put me on my way to health. I will definitely be heralding their praises to friends, family and coworkers. Thanks so very much, Dr. Mai and staff.
Great staff! It was my birthday. I had c3-4 ACDF. Surgery went great! Thanks Dr Patel! The staff sang to me, gave me a rose and ice cream bar. The chief made my dinner special with carved roses out of small tomatoes . He even came down to my room to meet me! It was a wonderful birthday to spend in the hospital! They all made me feel special and cared for!
