A family member of mine. Had to have a procedure done. From the receptionist area to surgery team was great.
They overcharged by a lot back in January and they still have not returned the money. Every time I call and ask about it they just say they are still reviewing it. I have already gotten the explanation of benefits statement that proves I was overcharged, yet they won’t give my money back. So they got paid from me and my insurance company for the same thing.
Clean facility ,efficient check in, caring nursing staff and convenient parking.
This center has extremely poor customer service. They provide estimates and then bill whatever they want without any sort of explanation. I have called 10+ times over a span of 3 months requesting an explanation, but the manager has yet to call back or provide an explanation. I paid for services in full the day of my procedure. The DR confirmed nothing changed, but the bill increased 30% without any reason. I advise to go elsewhere.
I am a patient of Dr. Gadol’s. I had an upper and lower endoscopy here. Just wanted to take the time to say thank you to Dr. Gadol and his team, the pre-op, circulating , post op nurses and even the anesthesiologist were all wonderful. I was comfortable and felt confident in my care team. As a nurse I always pay attention to the teamwork as medical professionals and the care I receive, and I feel this clinic was top notch. Thank you guys for your excellent service.
