My advice-Avoid this practice!!! I have been a longstanding patient there for 10 years. Unfortunately, my doctor had left the practice a few months ago. I called in the early fall to schedule annual physical and was assigned to one of the two new doctors. My physical was scheduled for January 30, 2026. The new physician seemed pleasant. The "Physical" was quick. I know if you bring up any concerns, you will be charged for an office visit. Our insurance covers the annual physical at No Out-of-Pocket cost. I love Dr. Valerie, she actually LISTENS! And the nursing staff, lab techs, front desk and billing team are all phenomenal. They are helpful, walk you through any question you may have and have the patience of a saint. The lobby is spotless and I feel very comfortable there. They are an excellent team!
I met Dr. Albrooks and had a wonderful experience. She was helpful and informative.
