Looking for a place my son would feel safe and valued as a client. After reading the reviews I'm very disappointed in BSW.
Very rude and unprofessional. Not a safe environment for therapy.
Waited over 30 minutes on the phone just to get an appointment. Lack of customer serivce, and total disconcern of client's time. Didn't even know of their own practices regarding dual diagnosis. Very dissatisfied!!
I did as instructed, called at check in time. Told to wait in the car. I have a bad knee so I parked next to a handicap slot so I wouldn't have to struggle to get up the curb, was not told I had to park in a certain area, until much later. No one came to screen me, I waited a bit before calling back to find out what was happening. Was told the screening person did not see me.
