Neil’s care in the ER and in the hospital was first rate. Everyone was professional, kind and available. It made his stay very positive.
I have been down on my luck. I sought Financial Assistance, Caitlin reviewed my situation, and saw that I was struggling. She processed my paperwork and showed so much compassion.
