I will NEVER use or RECOMMEND this hospital EVER. As a matter of fact I will highly recommend NEVER to use. My family was here to support my niece and we were there a long time in the waiting room. Have you ever been in a "waiting room" ? Well we were literally harassed by the security/on site police all because we were waiting in the waiting room. The Vice President of the hospital supposedly had them come tell us that the waiting room was not a hotel. REALLY. This place is unbelievable.

If you have to be in a hospital... This is the place to be. Brilliant doctors, kind-hearted staff. All doing their best to see to your comfort level & speed your recovery. I've had to be here twice in the last two months... Hopefully, that's the LAST! THANK YOU EVERYONE AT BAYLOR!

Finally being discharged. Extra special thanks to the hospitalist DR. who bullied me into a procedure I didn't want and my cardiologist did not recommend.

Had a great experience at McKinney Baylor. Labor & delivery was amazing. Doctors, nurses and staff are all great. Of course we had a great experience with Dr. Brock Pierce. Also a great experience in ER and always a short wait. Glad that we live near by.

Great hospital once you get past the 3-4 hour wait in the ER waiting room. The time spent in ER once out of the waiting room was about normal, but there were not enough rooms available once admitted so my father ended up staying in the ER all night, which I'm sure kept more people in the waiting room waiting. My 76 yr old father had appendicitis. We weren't told it had ruptured until the following day just before surgery. I'm assuming it was to keep us from questioning the decision to hold off surgery until the next day. Sor... read more
