Awful. I have been dealing with the business office for 6 months regarding a charge that was misapplied to my son's account. The office appears to be disorganized and chaotic every time I have called. Additionally, we continue to get the run around from every staff member we speak to with no real resolution. I even filled out the form that they will link in their reply to this review with no resolve. The doctors are great, the back-end however, needs an overhaul.

staff is inattentive. my husbands hand is a botched job at best! staff swarmed us and watched us like criminals and treated us both as such for asking that his wound be cleaned because of construction debris. filed a complaint and they found from the employees us to be at fault.
