They have the best doctors & they treat u like royalty there.. There food is great & there service is awesome..
5 Stars on Care was great every time I have been there. The Staff on the third floor sure knows how to care for the patients and the families that have loved ones there. What is with no real Cokes in the vending machines? You may also want to train / retrain your security staff on how to handle service dogs in your facility. I was asked question that were not in compliance with state and federal regulations.

The new Baylor hospital is awesome. We were in & out plus all the nurses and doctors where very caring and awesome to be around. Thank you for helping my girlfriend. She feeling so much better Baylor
I don't have the words to describe how good these people are. How nice these people are. How well they treated me. The ER doctor figured out the problem with just a few simple questions. I've never even heard of a doctor telling someone that if they wanted to go home they could but they wouldn't have any problem letting them stay overnight either. Thank you so very much Baylor Scott & White in Irving!
